Reckless Promotions sells and manages festival and live event sponsorships across the Southeast. This policy explains what the site collects and what happens to it.

What is collected

• Details you type into a contact form: name, festival or venue, email address, optional phone number, and your message.
• Nothing else. There is no advertising pixel, no analytics tracker and no cookie-based profiling on this site.

How it is used

Inquiry details are used only to reply to you about sponsorship. They are never sold, rented or shared for marketing. Inquiries sent through the site's data tools are stored privately so Dallas Russell can follow up, and cannot be read by the public.

How long it is kept

Inquiries are kept while a conversation is active and for up to two years afterward, then removed. You may ask for earlier removal at any time.
